We shall bike in the part of Croatia where the coast meets the mountains, where Continental and Mediterranean climate mix. This area is a unique combination of shores, islands and highlands, architecture and culture with heterogeneity of climate and vegetation.

We shall bike through Crikvenica-Vinodol Riviera, through the wooded slopes of Gorski Kotar mountains and over the island of Krk. Nature lovers, mountaineers and sportsmen stream to the evergreen vegetation and to the cliffs of mountains to enjoy its intact nature and genuine beauty. This area with a centuries-old history and tradition, is rich with remnants of the cultural heritage. The numerous cultural-entertainment events take place all over the area and round the year.

We have carefully selected tours through this magnificent area to enable you to see the beauty and variety of nature as well as the old castles of the Frankopan family. We have organized the tours that constitute a variety of tourist attractions in order to meet the needs of present day tourists with all their different requirements. You may spend the remaining time walking around, fishing, scuba diving, playing tennis or table-tennis, enjoying the sun on the sand beaches, taking bath in the clear blue sea, enjoying sea-food meal and ice-cream… The day temperature from April till October is over 15°C with its peak around 28°C and bathing season is from May till September.

Crikvenica-Vinodol Riviera is a row of almost connected small tourist resorts: Jadranovo, Dramalj, Crikvenica, Selce, followed by Novi Vinodolski and Klenovica. All the towns spreads in the coastal zone, which is about 25 km long and squeezed between the sea and the elongated littoral reef of an average height above sea level of about 300-500 m. The woods in the immediate hinterland are suitable for biking.

Slopes of Gorski Kotar mountains are perfect place to run away from the summer heat. In the shade of centenary woods are to be found delicious mushrooms, blueberries and other wood fruits. As a souvenir, it is possible to choose some of the local ecological and healthy products: cheese, brandy, marmalade, honey or some statue made of wood. Several mountain tourist facilities, lodging and restaurants, have been built on Gorski Kotar.

Straight opposite to Crikvenica-Vinodol Riviera is the island of Krk , the biggest Croatian island with its highest peak at 569 meters. Rocky ground, rough pasture land, woods, vineyards, olive-groves, orchards, thick dry stone walls or gromace and the shepherds' stone built folds are placed here under the same name – island of Krk .

The Rijeka airport on this island is only 20 minutes by car away from Selce, our base for all the tours.
